Richard Sutherland earned his J.D. degree from Harvard Law School and has more than 30 years of experience in legal, privacy and asset protection issues. Richard has permanent retiree legal status in Panama and spends his time divided between Panama and the U.S. Richard has an excellent understanding of Panama, its government and its economy, and has developed working relationships with some of the finest professionals in Panama, including attorneys, bankers, real estate professionals, insurance agents and others who can be of service to Worldwide Privacy's clients.

Mona Sutherland is a 2004 summa cum laude graduate of UCLA, a 2007 summa cum laude graduate with an MBA from the University of Louisville and is a member of Phi Beta Kappa. Mona is fluent in Spanish, lives in Panama City and is a property owner in Panama. Mona directs and manages the day-to-day operations of World Wide Privacy, Inc. Mona has become the go-to person in Panama for many of Worldwide Privacy's clients. Mona interfaces daily on behalf of clients with attorneys, bankers, government entities and other professionals while managing the office affairs of Worldwide Privacy. Mona is imminently approachable and will cheerfully entertain your questions.
